- Refunds/Returns on the leather products that are sold on the website.
1.1 Refunds or returns can only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Items delivered does not match the description or specifications listed on our website.
- In the event of products delivered that do not match the description or specifications listed on our website products can be returned for a refund provided that the following criteria have been met.
- It is reported within 7 working days to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Item is returned with original packaging and unused. The packaging is not damaged.
- In such an event the item will be exchanged for the correct item or refunded in full at no additional charges.
1.2 Items delivered was damaged or broken:
- The preferred method of return for such instances is to not accept the items when delivered by the delivering party.
- Damages and reasons for rejecting delivery should be marked on the waybill.
- Rejection should immediately be reported in writing to email@example.com If possible, photos should be sent along.
- In the event of accepting the delivery, the waybill should be marked that packaging was damaged when signing acceptance of the delivery. Goods should immediately be inspected for damages. Any damages should be reported within 7 working days to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If the above criteria have been met the item/s will be exchanged or refunded without any additional charges.
1.3 Cancellation of orders:
- Orders can only be canceled for refund or exchange within 7 working days.
- Requests for cancellation or refund should be submitted to email@example.com
- Cancellation of orders will be liable for a cancellation fee which is equivalent to any costs incurred for processing of the order i.e shipping costs, bank charges, etc.
- Cancelled orders will only be refunded if goods are returned unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed within 3-10 working days from which goods have been received back by Hunt Africa Leather
- Refunds/exchanges do not include the shipping charges shown on the packaging slip/invoice. Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid.
- Any damages or loss to products during shipping will be for the expense of the client.
- Any amounts refunded will exclude shipping costs. In the event of Free shipping provided, the actual shipping costs will be invoiced separately.
For all of the above returns or exchanges, we reserve the right to receive and inspect products to validate claims before processing refunds or exchanges.
